Cooking suggestion: pan: heat oil in a pan. Add chicken or lamb and stir fry approx. For 5 mins. Until meat is sealed. Remove excess oil if any. Pour over the sauce and simmer for 20 mins. For chicken, for lamb 40 mins. Stirring occasionally. Add extra water if require.
Oven: mix chicken or lamb with simmer sauce in a casserole dish cover and cook in pre-heated oven at 200°c/ 400°f, gas mark 6. Cook 40 mins. For chicken, 60 mins. For lamb or until meat is tender.
