Serving Suggestion: Prawn Vindaloo (serves 2) fry one diced onion in 2 tbspn oil until golden, add 200g prawn and fry briskly until brown. Stir in 55g (1/5 jar) mida's vindaloo paste and fry for a few minutes more. Stir in 100g tomatoes and 130 ml. water. cover and simmer until prawns are cooked (approx. 5 mins.) this is equally delicious used with beef, lamb, chicken and vegetables. Serve with rice and mida's chutneys & pickles.
