Serving Suggestion: (serves 2) 25ml. vegetable oil, 75g chopped onion, 200g cubed lamb or chicken, 230 ml. water. heat the oil and fry onion until brown. Add lamb or chicken and cook on a low heat for 5 minutes stirring continuously. Add mida's korma curry paste and fry for a few minutes more. Add water, cover and simmer until the meat is tender
