Serving Suggestion: (Serves 2) 100g basmati rice, 15ml vegetable oil, 35g diced onion, 170ml water 20 g (1tbspn) green masala curry paste. wash rice and soak for 20 mins. heat oil and fry onion until brown. Add drained rice to onion and stir 2-3 mins. Add water and mida's green masala curry paste. Cookat moderate heat until water is absorbed and rice is soft (approx. 10 mins. ). Serve with any curry, chutneys & pickles.
