Serving Suggestion: (serves 2) 200g (7 oz.) chicken, lamb, beef, prawns or vegetables. 70g chopped onion, 1 chopped fresh tomato, 25ml. vegetable oil, 55g (3 tbsp) mida's garam masla curry paste, 225 ml. water. Heat the oil and fry onion until brown. add meat, prawn or vegetables and stir continuously. Cook for 5 min. on a low heat. add mida's garam masala curry paste and fry for a few minutes more. Add water, tomato and stir. cover and simmer until the meat, prawns or vegetables are tendered. (approx. 10 mins. for meat and 5 mins. for prawns and vegetables)
