
Serving Suggestion: (serves 4) Stage 1: 450g diced chicken, (1/4 jar) mida's butter chicken curry paste, 25ml. vegetavle oil, 1 tbsp (25g) butter. 1/3 cup cream, 150 ml. water. heat oil and butter andry chicken until brown. Add chicken curry paste, stir continuously and cook for 3 mins. Add water, cream and stir. cover and simmer for 15 mins. or until chicken is tender.
