Serving Suggestion: (Serves 2) 30ml. vegetable oil, 80g chopped onion, 1 chopped fresh tomato, 200g cubed chicken, 60g balti curry paste and 250ml, water heat the oil and fry onion until brown. add chicken and sealed. Add mida's balti curry paste and continue cooking for a few minutes more add water and tomato. cover and simmer until the meat is tender.
