Serving Suggestion: Stage 1: 100g basmati rice,wash rice and keep for cooling in cold water for 20 mins. drain rice and saute for 2 min. Stage 2: 100g cubed lamb, beef, chicken or mixed vegetables. 15 ml. vegetable oil, 20g diced onion, 55g (3 tbspn) mida's biryani paste, 70g fresh or canned tomatoes, 70g boiled large potato pieces and 300 ml. boiling water, heat oiland brown onion, add meat and cook for 5 mins. Add biryani paste and tomatoes, combine the rice and meat, add water, stir, cover and cook 'n oven forapprox. 40 mins. (190°c:)
