Cooking suggestion pan: heat oil in a pan. Add chicken and stir fry approx. For 5 mins. Until meat is sealed remove excess oil if any. Pour over the sauce and simmer for 20ins. For chicken stirring occasionally. Add extra water if require.

Oven: mix chicken with simmer sauce in a casserole dish. Cover and cook in pre-heated oven at 200c/400 f, gas mark 6. Cook 50 mins.
